Made from Glera grapes, grown in the Valdobbiadene hills which are hand-picked and gently pressed in the winery. The must obtained is fermented in for nearly 40 days, at about 15° C, with the addition of selected yeasts. Characteristic, fruity with scents of golden apple, Williams pear, acacia flowers and lily of the valley.
The signature gin from the East London Liquor Company, a distillery based in Bow Wharf (right near Victoria Park, for those of you that know the area). This London Dry Gin is made with 100% British wheat spirits and infused with a bright selection of botanicals, including fresh lemon and grapefruit peels, cubeb berries, cardamom, coriander, angelica root and Macedonian juniper berries.

Nose: Opens with soft lemon drizzle cake and fresh, leafy coriander. This continues with subtly sweet angelica and oodles of rich, oily juniper - interestingly developing hints of olives in oil too!
Palate: Magnificently creamy mouthfeel, complimented by the crisp citrus peels and earthy juniper. The spiciness of the cardamom and cubeb comes through here - it's not in your face, but certainly quite noticeable.
