Perfect example of 18th century architecture, noble, sober and luminous, the Château Suduiraut is surrounded by beautiful gardens. Drawn by Le Nôtre, they add to the seduction of the domain. The vineyard, located mostly in the town of Preignac, extends on a sandy loam soil. Its privileged location, in the heart of the valley of Ciron, leads from the beginning of September, the development on the grape of the famous "Botrytis Cinerea", or noble rot. The picking of the grapes is done grain by grain in successive tries. After pressing, the must is collected and fermented in oak barrels in which the wine is then aged for 18 to 24 months before being bottled.
